The USB drivers for BP-2010 series devices differ between earlier 32-bit Windows operating systems and current 64-bit systems. Drivers for 32-bit and 64-bit versions are not interchangeable. Please select the correct USB driver according to your computer’s operating system version. For installation instructions, please refer to the page “USB Installation”. This driver is also compatible with the older Japanese BP-98A model. However, as noted above, you must download and install the driver corresponding to your computer’s operating system version.
